For restaurant partners with active subscriptions, we collect and process additional information:
- Business Information: Restaurant name, FSSAI license, GST number, bank details for payouts
- Billing Data: Subscription plan details, payment history, invoices, and transaction records
- Performance Metrics: Order completion rates, customer ratings, revenue analytics
- Tax Information: PAN details for TDS compliance under Section 194-O
Upon subscription cancellation:
- Active account data is retained for 90 days for potential reactivation
- Financial records are retained for 7 years as per legal requirements
- Performance data is anonymized after 1 year
- You may request complete deletion (excluding legally required records) by contacting us
9. Subscription Refund Data
When processing subscription refunds, we retain:
